Lumeve is founded and personally run by a senior female sonographer, clinical educator and GE Clinical Insight Leader.
With extensive experience across clinical practice, education and advanced ultrasound technology, our founder brings a rare combination of professional judgement, calm presence and deep understanding of maternal wellbeing.
Every session is guided by experience and intention. Knowing when to pause, when to adjust, and when less is more allows mothers to relax and feel reassured that they are in safe hands.
Why Lumeve was created
After years working in medical imaging, our founder noticed something that stayed with her.
While much attention was given to images and outcomes, the emotional experience of mothers was often quietly overlooked.
Appointments felt rushed.
Spaces felt clinical or exposed.
Moments that should have felt comforting did not always feel that way.
Lumeve was created to offer something different.
A space where mothers are unhurried, respected and gently supported. A place where the experience feels as considered as the technology behind it.
A female led, mother centred experience
All Lumeve sessions are conducted by a qualified senior female sonographer.
Many mothers feel more at ease being cared for by someone who understands pregnancy not only clinically, but emotionally. Especially in later stages, comfort, dignity and trust matter deeply.
Being female led allows Lumeve to create an environment where mothers feel safe to relax, feel respected, and fully connect with their baby.
Lumeve specialises in non diagnostic 3D and 4D bonding ultrasound experiences, but our focus goes beyond what appears on the screen.
Each session is intentionally unhurried, guided by clear professional boundaries, and delivered with care, sensitivity and respect.
Because how you feel during your scan matters just as much as the images you take home.
More than beautiful images
I created Lumeve because I saw how vulnerable pregnancy can feel, especially during moments that should be comforting and reassuring.
After years working as a sonographer and educator, I realised that many mothers were technically well cared for, but emotionally overlooked. I wanted to create a space where mothers feel respected, unhurried and genuinely safe.
Every session at Lumeve reflects how I believe pregnancy care should feel. Calm, thoughtful and guided by experience.
This is the experience I would want for myself, and the one I am proud to offer every mother who walks through our door.
