Last updated: 22/01/2026

Welcome to Lumeve.
Lumeve provides non-diagnostic pregnancy bonding ultrasound experiences designed to support emotional connection, reassurance, and meaningful moments during pregnancy.

By booking or attending a session with Lumeve, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

Lumeve offers non-diagnostic ultrasound sessions only.
Our sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, monitor, or assess medical conditions.

Lumeve sessions do not replace medical care, diagnostic ultrasound scans, examinations, or advice provided by qualified healthcare professionals.

Clients must continue to receive appropriate antenatal care from their medical practitioner or midwife throughout pregnancy.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to attend a session at Lumeve.
If the client is under 18, a legal guardian must attend and provide written consent.

By attending a session, you confirm that you are in generally good health and that your pregnancy is considered uncomplicated unless otherwise disclosed.

3. Medical Acknowledgement

Before attending a session, clients must confirm that they have already received or are currently receiving appropriate medical care for their pregnancy.

Clients agree to inform Lumeve of any relevant medical conditions, complications, or concerns prior to the session.

Lumeve reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session at any time if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.
In such cases, any fees paid will be refunded.

4. Expectations and Results

Ultrasound images and viewing quality may vary depending on factors such as fetal position, gestational age, maternal anatomy, and movement.

Lumeve cannot guarantee specific images, facial views, or outcomes.

By attending a session, you acknowledge that the experience may not meet personal expectations due to factors beyond our control.

5. Partners and Guests

Partners are warmly welcome to attend sessions.
Additional close family member or support person may attend, depending on the appointment type and space availability.

Children may attend at the discretion of Lumeve and must be supervised at all times.

6. Photography and Recording

Any photos or videos taken during the session are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

No recording or photography of equipment or staff is permitted without prior consent.

Use of images for marketing or social media by Lumeve will only occur with explicit written consent.

7. Payments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies are outlined at the time of booking.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and notice requirements as stated during booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumeve is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in a session, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Changes to Terms

Lumeve reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
